DIY microATX HTPC

Hi

I would like to build a budget HTPC mainly online streaming using my 40" TV. I have OS and no need optical drive. Budget ard lower the better. But the problem i am facing is storage in my TV console. I have tight space of 310 x 130 x 350 mm (W x H x D). Hence size of casing is a problem. Anyone can help me on this? TIA!
