DIY NAS hardware

Hi guys,

Can any one recommend me the hardware for a DIY NAS?
The NAS will be used to download torrent and streaming of 1080P movies.
I wan to hav a compact case, don wan those tower casing.
I have done some research and gotta this few hardware. Are they ok?

FSP300-50HMN 300W 80+ ATX
Giada NE70E-DR NAS Server MoBo with Onboard Ivy Bridge Celeron 1007U 1.5GHz Dual-Core
Crucial CT102464BF160B 8GB 1600 CL11 1.35V DDR3 SODIMM

Headache on the casing to use.
Have short listed the following:

CM Elite 120 Advanced (Black)
Fractal Design Node 304 Mini-ITX Case (Black)
Lian Li PC-Q18B mini-itx Aluminum Case (Black)

Any advise?

If using normal hdd go for Lian Li PC-Q18B got hotswap 4bays. Easy for rma.
If using enterprise hdd can use any casing with 6bay.

go for the Node 304, it has impressive HDD cooling. 2x92mm Fractal fans blowing directly on the hard drives. Your HDDs will be quite comfortable in that tiny case.

DIY NAS

I have built a DIY NAS with used with used HP desktop computer which is compact
Loaded with Nas4free which is opensource software for storage solutions
Tested and working fine
Only need to buy your own drives or use existing drives if purpose is not for storage

Usage:
Use as centralized storage on network which can be accessed by any computer, laptop or machine network connected devices
Use for Torrenting and dump stuff
Use it for mediastreaming by dumping all files in that machine

Specs:
HP DC7900 Small Form Factor
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66Ghz Processor
4GB DDR2 Memory
Two Hard Drive slots which can takeup to 4TB storage
4GB USB Stick installed with nas4free (on freebsd)
6 USB Ports for connecting multiple devices
DVD R/W Writer

Hi what are the speeds you getting on that? And how do you connect multiple devices Like printer or USB HDD for backup ?
