Whats your budget? A 500-550w psu should be enough.

Thanks for clarifying my doubts !

Asus H170 PRO Gaming + i5 6600K
Asus GTX970 Turbo 4GB GDDR5
Kingston 2133MHz DDR4 CL15
Windows 10 Home
WD Blue
Corsair Obsidian Series 450D ATX Case
Asus DRW-24D3ST 24X DvDRW SATA
Samsung 850 EVO
Corsair SP120
Corsair CX600M Modular 600W 80+ Bronze

so its enuf right ?

Its enough, but if you can swap the cx600m for maybe a seasonic m12ii 520w modular psu, the m12ii is much better quality for $99 at pcthemes.

Btw, you can change the 4 sticks of 4gb ram to a 16gb stick for $145 at videopro, helps to save up the slots for future expansion and dual channel isn't really needed

You can consider a non k chip since you are getting a h170 motherboard to save a bit and spend it on a better psu.
