what issues u have that need 2 times to rectify?

usb port issues/audio jack issues

come back, CPU temps spike high high, RGB not working.

honestly, if they check properly first time, all the issues can be avoided.

and their after sales communication really sucks

Both Dreamcore and AS do QA checklist before releasing to customer.
99% time should be ok, sometime suay fall into the 1% category with components failure! or niao-chee ask them to fix minor minor things or rush the delivery which end-up more problems... which do happens... then too bad!

to be fair,

what you pointed out is valid in most cases, i think it really depends on the luck also

@localitguy Your spec just like that why need to buy from AS? Maybe if you wanted a 30x0 gpu it's understandable I guess. Weird

End up kena lol. I mean if you bought this rig at pcthemes, they'll test for you before you bring home also same what.

honestly AF Price point is pretty good and but service wise needs lots of improvement.

i think u missed my point, i don't want to deal with rma. with AF parts they settle for me.

Problem is getting a barebone system without gfx card, Aftershock can't run their system tests after fixing up. Maybe I'm wrong.

I will avoid the Bolt version due to bad airflow casing.

they can use their own gpu to test ma.

main thing is system test and that must includes USB Ports/audio jacks/RGB

Yeah, this setup is only great for buy and very limited tweaking. Those are cheap mobo, psu, ram and ssd. So you can get basic function, but don't expect overclocking etc.

Meh, personally think that 3600 stock fan is bad, mine reach 100c a few times before i went and buy a proper cpu cooler.

Yeah, the stock cooler is very bad. they should not even give the stock cooler as an option. it SUCKS.

I swapped over to a ID-COOLING SE-224-XT WHITE for my AF Rig

now the temps are much better and the noise level is pretty good.
