Your guess is correct. But price list prices are never final. It depends on the shop policy on how much they wanna seal your deal and how much discount they willing to give. Got time go walk walk and kesiao ask ask. You will know the price and how they mark it.

Price wise yes, if you willing to forgo after sales service. If you willing to pay a little more for the after sales service, (most commonly, the 7-10 days 1-to-1 exchange. It's an unwritten policy and shop do it based on their courtesy) PC Theme will be better.

If you know your stuff (assembling and troubleshooting) and it's not a hassle to rma if shiat were to stir, then go tradepac. Otherwise, PC theme is your better bet.
