DJI Phamton Vision 2 Battery

I've a problem trying to maintain these batteries. They seem to bloat very easily. I've bloated 3 batteries already and they are costly. I think maybe it's because I overcharge them. But in order not to bloat my 4th one, does anyone here encounter any problems before and have some advice to give?

Temperature.......do not charge immediately after flight. Check on the charger too.
