No issue access your NAS remotely from my M1 FBB so problem is probably with the second Internet link. Remember to change your NAS admin password or DDNS hostname.

BTW, did a port-scan and notice quite a number of open ports, might want to look into this when you have the time.

1. may I know what application for android to access other than using the webUI browser?

2. you mean my port forward second internet link?

3. I had changed my NAS admin password to another, DDNS hostname I just leave it as usual?

4. How can i fixed these ports?

By 2nd Internet link, I'm referring to whatever broadband connection you use to remotely access the NAS which in this case I assumed it's via mobile broadband.

Have you try D-Link apps, refer here?

As for the opened ports, got to check your router and disable them accordingly.

Will try on other devices to remote access to check if I encounter same problem. Thanks will also try this app.

Preferably, I did a scan up to 10000 TCP port and already there are about 30 opened ports.

No, you need to disable any unused services on the router, deleting unwanted port-forwarding entries is a start. FYI, I used this small free tools to scan - Blue's Port Scanner

Yes, when almost finish loading it prompt "user timeout, please try again"

Did your web browser prompt you to add certificate when you access it for the first time?

BTW, is any of the other services working? I tested FTP, seem to be working fine.

Yes i press continue with the certificate. FTP, HTTP it link me to google webpage. HTTPS link me to my webUI.

I just ask my friend to test my domain. His using Singtel ISP, I also use my sister mobile to login using starhub mobile broadband. All working well without problem. Expect for me using mobile with m1 broadband. weird..

I tested out on M1 free 1GB broadband and is able to load the whole page without timeout.

Ok. I got no idea what is going wrong. But I will just changed a nas to solve all e trouble. considering getting syonology.

Seriously I doubt that will help given that the problem with remote access is not due to DNS-320 as proven by myself and you yourself also confirmed it work on other broadband connection.

If you have spare router can try swapping out the Aztech one.

Unfortunately not. Maybe get a 2nd hand and try? Which is highly recommended?
