"killall transmission-daemon" would be fine
you could also run dmesg to see if there are any issues with the filesystem.
Thank you

for precise i assume you are using the firmware bt client?
Thanks for the info but is port :6881 the default port for the bundled BTclient or do i need to open any additional ports for ittry using other ports, for example 60881, 45678. and the common issue of no. of seeders plays a big part.![]()

Also need to ask, where can i read up on "telnetting"?
It seems like the core of the system of accessing 323.
Or is there anything to read or a guide on setting up the 323 to a norm?
I know Raid 1 is for back-up purpose,but i would like to use Raid-0 for faster transfer,any advice ?
RAID 0 (striped disks) distributes data across several disks in a way that gives improved speed and full capacity, but all data on all disks will be lost if any one disk fails.
OIC thks shadowandy for ur promt reply,so if i were to Raid-1 & if any of the hd crash i can just replace another new hd that's all,the data will automatically transfer to the new hd ?
technically, in the ideal case the NAS would do what you say.![]()
