do I need to reinstall Windows if my CPU, motherboard, HDD all are different?

windows 10 can work. U can use your old hdd or another pc then do a reset.

Should be able to plug and play like gameboy cartridges.

if dun re-install , it may not boot up properly

if can boot.. may get windows is unlicenced message

unless u talking about cd key?

so far hdd cross hardware like this no issue for me on win 10

Win 10 and above you boot up and log into microsoft account, this will tag your ID to the COA

Then at new machine, install window, key in COA it wil lsay not activated. Sign in using microsft account and it will prompt you want to activate? You can do activation migration after some period, maybe a year or so? NOTE: the COA must be professional and not those OEM type then you can do this.
