Too bad your experience is bad but the senior's plan I subscribed for my mother, no issues whatsoever. Trying to spam everywhere in this forum, just becos you had a poor experience with SIMBA, I can only say the nick is very appropriate. SIMBA sends their bill to the email provided during registration and I can confirm that it is sent every month without fail so far.
