how does IDA protect the list of phone number they collected?
How they ensure the list of number are protected and not sold by insider themselves ? insider can access to the list of number very easily.

who audit them ?

actually I don't think IDA has any means to trace which company register with the dnc to "check for do not call numbers". most I think register a fake company then go inside the dnc to steal phone numbers then sell off. kenna caught then change name and go in steal some more. just look at how sls scammers operate will know the govt basically has more bark than bite when it comes to such things.

at least your is sms...mine was a call from them...got my numbers as they have checked my registration of my mobile numbers...
