This DNC registry is useless.

How are you going to complain against a unknown phone number?

Don't be stupid. People call you with a purpose. Regardless of how they call, they call you need to tell you what they are selling and you can identify and complain the company.

This is not to block nuisance call, only to block advertising calls.
