Any cost charged by tiger or the bank?

No charge by tiger and the bank. The exchange rate quite decent inside tiger app, but you can always open a multi-currency account and transfer your USD to your corresponding USD account.
You can try to use transferwise and revolut to deposit, but rate is similiar, so I dont think need the hassle
For me the catch is unlimited intraday trading without the need of 25K USD in balance.

They never auto exchange your money to USD for you. You need to perform SGD->USD exchange inside the app by yourself.
Your money (USD) keeps fluctuating because you have SGD in your account, but your asset is in USD. Once you exchange them into USD, it wont fluctuate.

Btw, they say cannot use Revolut or Transferwise to receive and deposit money...only banks

Correct, can...they auto exchange your SGD to USD using current rate when you trade...

you can trade without changing if your account is margin account... Might be better if you are trading short so that you do not have currency risk

I used the app’s online chat and found my answer, it means Profits/Losses. They also noted my feedback to the translation team. So if you guys find any typos or ‘bad grammars’, you can feedback to help improve the app.

Anyway, for any difficulties and confusion, you can use their online chat to ask questions. They replied within minutes. Only for office hours (8am-5pm). The reply was very polite and well mannered.

For SGD withdrawal, they use FAST transfer. No charge to withdraw except for the conversion.
