Do not take big tickets loan.

As titled. Bad times are upon us, the next 3 - 6 months.
Whilst my car is fully paid, ... my house ain't leh ... how ah?

Should I cash out now? ... find a rental unit to wait out for an opportunity to 'get back in again'?

That is for you to decide what you are looking for.
I am disciplined in my DCA for S-REITS and building up my portfolio. Once Fed drops rate, I am sure S-REITS will benefit from the lower interest rates and increase DPU for Investors! :s12:

Confidence for the Future, hope the sun will rise when I wake up. :s13:

TS can hide in your cave for eternity, else its always bad times
Here I am have a Queenstown Social housing , now worth $1.2mil. And my 3.6k sqf condo worth close to $14.3mil. All paid up. While people still talk property crashes, since 2 decades. Have been renting out my Queenstown Social housing with a yield of close to 14.5%. This is waterfall of $$$.

My globally diversify portfoilo of local stocks have providing me of yearly close to $370k of passive income.

My only 3 year loan of a new E200 mild-hybrid. That's about it

This down turn does not affect me, anyway. Just a cuation note to those heavy in loans.

A property is to stay comfortably. Not to trade in and out. :s22:

Market always goes up and down. That is one way to manage your risk. As usual for REITs portion, I have a core and tactical one.
