Reading articles of elderlies dieing alone in their homes are depressing too ngl

I find it a blessing in disguise leh. Independent to the end and most likely a pretty quick death. Need people to feed and change diapers for years before dying more sad.

It depends.

For those with no partners, old liao then get one for the companionship (maybe + sex also), possible outcomes:

• Really gotten a gem, happy "ever after".
• Kena cheated of money and/or emotion.

For those already with partners, possible outcomes:

• Really gotten a gem, lovingly through the years.
• The partner changed through time (or ownself did not see properly then), turned into undesirable/a monster.

And lastly, whether happy or not, one party will die before the other. So the companionship will come to an end no matter what. The one left before will be alone again and possibly die alone too.

hmm I dont think dying alone at hm is quick death. it could be fell down in toilet unable to get help and just slowly rot away

The problem is ppl here priority is mutual benefit rather than companionship , it leads to very unhealthy relationships .. and old age companionship isn't mutually beneficial enough ..

Got one time I kanna food poisoning, vomited until black out , really feel very weak until just want to lie down . no strength to get up to prepare food also.

so I can understand the old people how it is like. Especially weak until no strength.
