this is a mistake most people have. They count base on 陰歷, for 命理 we go by 節氣。

you try to do one thing, go to any bazi app and enter 1 Feb 2022 birthday and you see if they show you tiger or cow as birth year.

that means his calculation is wrong. Go and download any lunar calendar app with Bazi of the day will show you it is cow year on 1 Feb.

其实没有对错的问题。个人见解，农历阴历是民俗，pg很多不识字的只知道看阴历，不知道有二十四节气。我记得以前我只知道自己的农历生日，不知道阳历生日。
