It is very much depending on the games you run and the monitor you are using.

I would say your 2gb will be running out of juice if you are playing on a 1440p monitor and on ultra settings. Furthermore you will need a bigger wattage psu.

Sli also not worth to go for dual 760.

You will need a z87 z97 mobo to do the job that gives you dual cards on x8 x8.

Even a single 770 is able to run quite a few games at 1440p ultra.

Maybe it's because I'm not fussy - ran BF4 at 1440p ultra with my ASUS GTX 770 and it is very much playable. Sure it would smoother with a 780, but this shows that a single card is more than capable of running a single display set up.

Some ppl want 100fps on bf4 on ultra max super duper high quality settings on 1440p.
