I have one following me, I was told about this when I visited a Thai temple.

But I learn to live with it. No worries if u abstain sins and evil, do only good things.
Did u happen to see her before? Do u know humans and ghost cannot coexist most of the time cause their Qi is different from us.

if ur eyes are covered by towel. how u see them?

In darkness . They appear to my vision in darkness. I close eyes ok, open eyes see them but must be in total darkness. It feels like I entered another realm . I don’t know how to describe.

Come to think of it, now I know why some people need to wear red cloth as blindfold to visit hell…

Nope.
The monk do a reading for me and told me the existance of the entity.

Just do more and more good deeds, and self cultivate. Take it as a chance to self cultivate.

If we cannot run away from it, better adapt for co-existance

I believe a bit last time due to the unusual encounters in army.

But today, I saw around 5 of them myself. Face and eyes . All visible . All screaming

My hair stand for hours. Did the usual ritual to get rid of them.

Do you believe and what’s your encounter?
Can recommend me how you see them?

I've been longing to see them since I was a kid but just can't :frown:

Recite with a calm mind

3 possible ways

Om Mani Padme Hom

Or

Samak Arahang

Or

nam myoho renge kyo
I asked cos true story, my sis's god mother owns a hair salon in shophouse, beside the salon is a shoe shop, selling slippers, shoes, school shoes etc, owner is husband n wife, husband always blast the recites whole day long.
somehow the god mother can feel the negative vibes, like goosebumps, and EVERY kid dreads to come to her salon, every toddler or kids will scream and cry whenever they being made to come in to cut hair. some even worse, walk past only cry liao......

her biz is also getting so bad cos some customers told her that they feel very uncomfortable, like got ppl looking at them when there is none.
In the end, she moved her salon to another part of neighbourhood, her business finally restored to normal
After she moved out, it was said the unit was vacant for a while, no takers.

my sister can attest this as her daughter, a toddler can see things. she too will struggled badly, refused to step into salon, and will cry badly whenever my sister wants to bring her cut her hair.
So paiseh, my sister apologised to her god mother and had to bring her daughter other salon for haircut.

but ever since her godmother moved to new premises, her daughter did not resist going in the salon anymore.

back to the shoe shop husband and wife, the husband eventually passed away, cant remember why, will check with my sister again.
After husband died, the wife manages the shoe shop alone, she stopped broadcasting the scriptures.

I believed the scriptures attracts unwanted spirits...... affecting business. same sentiments by sister's godmother

Eventually I stopped Dizang sutra coz need to maintain vegetarian diet.
Chinese Mahayana style really focus alot on vegetarian and precepts.
I switched to Tibetan Buddhism as they have less restrictions and do the 地藏十輪咒 among the tibetan sadhanas instead.
I m curious. Mahayana or Tibetan...both pray same di zang...if can't follow veg diet, can go Tibetan..what's the logic..whether u veg or not personally

I got no idea … that’s why many say that I am “chosen” but I refuse to believe.

It is not like I wanna see then can see. Is always due to one factor I manage to see or even touch them - when I am on extreme fatigue mode

Same. I was veg for 2 to 3 years many years back and realize is totally impossible to lead a normal vegetarian life in Singapore so I converted back to meat.

Is normal for someone to get followed by 1 entity . I have friends who have more than 3 following.

Veg diet is good for calming down and reduce impulsive behavior

It does more than that :)

A lot more. When I was on vegan diet , everything turn good for me . Everything .

Things turn worse after I stop.

It's a very theological topic on highest insight 见地.
Chinese Mahayana is heavily influenced by Vegetarianism and focus on obeying precepts to restrict themselves to gradually attain insight.

Tibetan like the Japs focus on developing the insight through meditation and visualisation on the 本尊. Their views on emptiness is such that even precepts are to be abandoned to avoid clinging on the dualistic concepts like pure vs impure.

The Chinese Mahayana often criticises the Tibetan and Jap Buddhism for eating meat and drinking alcohol and harbours divisive sectarian discrimination against the Thereveda, calling them 小乘。
