Sometimes the closer we are to them, the easier it is for us to lose our head when they give us black face. I'm stilling learning la. in Buddhism we talk about mindfulness, the Triple Gem teaches us to exercise restraint and hold back before we shoot our mouths off. For me, I find it very difficult, I always forget to hold back and sometimes I end up criticising the other party when they give me black face. Like I say, I'm still learning la, maybe one day will come when I can hold back adequately and offer them a smile when they give me black face. Maybe one day, I don't know which day, but one day would come.

Eg, I see you. I just say what to eat in the morning? , the person not happy, shoot you back..then whole day black face at you.
