Usually I will KIV first. Within the next week if I really keep thinking abt it and no same item can be found online then I will go bk to the mall to buy it.
So decision making usually 1 week.

If buy for wife, no 2nd thoughts. Just buy.

My hubs also. Buy for himself compare v long. Buy for me is instant.

Sometimes immediately, sometimes think very long, even for cheap items. Showed an item to my maid that I've been thinking about for weeks. She asked how much, I said $4. She laughed at me and said, sir, just buy la. Cheaper than her lunch.
