I left one more week in BMT and my SOC test is tmr however i will be on MC tmr. I have interest in going to SCS after BMT and it seems like there might not be another retest if i miss this as there's one more week left before POP. Will this affect my chances of entering command school (SCS)? Are there any SGT here that didn't take SOC in their BMT?

If it affects, you will ignore your MC and go for it?

SOC is not a requirement. However in SCS u will be trained n retrained until u and other platoon mates can become the best SCS platoon/coy should there be a competition within.

if in the event u are posted to most non-infantry vocation specialists (e.g logistics), SOC is not even part of your training.
