Most muslim eateries like the mak mak stalls sure have bidet even those it's the hose type. While most coffeeshops they dun even provide toilet paper. Inside the tap they lock it or need to use special adapter to use the tap..

Once i had to use a cubicle without any bidet or hose, but luckily my **** came out so cleanly that after i wiped, the paper still looked perfectly white, even though i used it to dig deep deep into my anus. This was the only time it ever happened for me.
