Docking Station Help

Hello all

Would like some help on docking station..
Current Laptop: MSI Modern 14 B11MO
Docking Station: Toshiba Thunderbolt 3 - pa5281le-2prp

Unfortunately the docking station is not compatible with my current laptop.
I checked with MSI helpdesk and they confirmed that my laptop USB C is able to perform both Audio and Video output function.
So it is more of a compatibility issue.

Is there any other docking station which I can purchase and use it with my laptop?

Thunderbolt and USB c not the exact same thing. You can use the docking station, the laptop USB ports might not have the bandwidth to use all features simultaneously.

Go buy the USB3.2 Gen2 type-C hubs (10 Gbps) with HDMI or Displayport output. For example UGREEN on Lazada have many models available. I'm using a UGREEN 13-in-1 for myself.
