does anyone got your insta 360 serviced?

hi,

wanna know anyone has sent your insta 360 camera to service at any dealer shop in Asia like malaysia or singapore? how’s their service so far?

i thought its service center in HK.
at least thats what i did for my go2.
they then send me a replacement unit and when i opened it, there was a pic of the random tech guy in the go2. LOL.



same for my old gopro also.
