some said no but they indicated 25% and 15% respectively for opened & unopened charge in their tnc...

Heng suay see if u encounter a angel COS or a devil COS. They can always waive it off as a form of good will or simply just tell you laws are there please follow.

i just did, never get charged at all. Full exact amount refund stated in the email.
