Does apple still do 1 for 1 replacement?

Really depends.

My faceID went kaput on my iphone 11 pro during warranty period back then but because that part cannot be repaired or even replace separately from the main board. They gave me a set on the spot 1-1.

But I realized out there, handphone shops press down the prices for refurb hp from Apple.

Which is why i never ever sold to HP shops before.. Sell on carousel better

Just another excuse to push down take in prices, i don't think they sell refurb phones at a lower price either
