When I first got my S4 from Singtel, there are already apps that come with the phone installed in the phone e.g. My Singtel, mWallet, mio TV Play, herWorld PLUS, Samsung Apps, WatchON, Video...

If I do a factory reset, will all these apps disappear?
If yes, where can I find and install the apps again?

Thanls

Update: I tried factory reset today, Telco apps will all disappear, My Singtel, mWallet, mio TV Play, herWorld PLUS... all disappear.
All other apps still there, samsung apps all still there.

factory reset does not remove the telco-apps. you can choose to remove them individually and re download them from play store.

Factory reset does not remove telco bloatwares. You can delete them individually.

Only a reset of the CSC to XSP (for Singapore) will remove the telco bloatwares completely. Note.... a CSC reset will erase all your data.

Most of the telco bloatwares can be download from the Play Store.

I did factory reset on a Starhub Set. Preinstalled Starhub programs are gone however, Chrome and Internet browser's homepage are still set to Starhub.

For those changing CSC to XSP, do take note that VoLTE might never be enabled (when your telco supports) as this setting is telco firmware specific (from what I have read, might be wrong).

VoLTE service is linked to your telco backend like call waiting, caller ID. It is phone firmware independent.

The software function to enable or disable VoLTE might be phone firmware dependent.

??? service - firmware independent and then software - firmware dependent? In short - cannot work lah.

See last point:-
