Does FB Messenger use Telco SMS or data?

mine is prepaid card, both incoming and outgoing sms are chargeable, except otp, so i don't use sms, I use whataspp :s13:

SMS OTP is incoming SMS lol. :s22:

I don’t remember getting charged for incoming SMS on any of the Big Three prepaid services, only incoming calls, outgoing calls and text, as well as data services (duh).

yes otp is incoming sms is free absorbed by other party, incoming sms from my relatives I remembered is charged, now I dun get any :s13:

maybe u test, 5c each

use token.. :(:(

But most do not carry token to go out, usually best keep at home.
Only certain transactions do require token for added security.

Certain Bank transactions do not require token, as SMS is acceptable.

Token is a bit leceh, prefer SMS OTP..
