Does first NS Fit session need to be IPPT?

Hi. I just need to ask for NS Fit, must my first session be IPPT? Can I take my IPPT on let's say my 7th session instead?

I understand one of the sessions must be an IPPT, but I can't find any info on whether IPPT needs to be the first session like the old IPT program.

IPPT can be done in any session.
IPPT taken during ICT is also counted as 1 session of NS FIT.
