Does it irritates you whenever you know that you have annual ippt obligation to fulfil with all the other things in life?

It is not like you bui bui that doesn't exercise actively. In fact you do exercise regularly, but is just that the stupid booking of the test and the obligation to fulfil it within window period just creates something within you that made the entire thing very unpleasant.. anyone feel the same?

Because we live in a peaceful region, we think all these are extra burden.

at around 30 years old, u mean u are not fit enough to do 30 push up, 30 sit up and run 2.4km under 13min?

Then u ought to start exercising or just attend NSFit to do some exercise.

IPPT is so easy these days. It's not like they expecting 50 year old ppl to do and most people MR by 35 years old (some 40 yearsold). It's generally a good push factor to ask people to exercise.
I find that 35 years old is also around the age people start to develop high cholestrol or BP. Good to get people do some exercise.
