does mobo come with wifi?

I am buying a msi z87-G45 mobo, i know it come with this feature call "killer LAN" but does it come with wifi?

My room is 1 room away from the modem and ethernet plug is not possible

Desktop isnt like laptop. Got 3 ways about it.

1 buy a inbuild pcie type.

2 buy a usb dongle type

3 buy bundled together with mobo usually low end wifi card.

Pull one long LAN cable, if you find messing can do trunking
to hide the cable.
Or like what others mention, get either a usb wifi or pci e wireless.
