Don't think so; they may give cash price and thus a small discount.

But all these will be negated cos you asking them to build for you; that will cost you a small sum too (that one you have to ask them).

Discounts or not, that will depends on how your bargain skills are. If you are those quiet type just pay and go, then high chance no discounts.

Open mouth and ask and see what they give.

Usually for me, YL does give cash discounts. The discount varies across all the items.

Usually what i noticed is that things that are expensive lets say $1000 item, he can give discounts from $10-25.

As for items that are cheap, don't expect much discounts.
