A friend of Malay Muslim guy wanted to sign on as officer in rsaf or navy. He went for both interview during his time at tekong, got uni placing in ntu, gpa 3.97 from engineering background, no family issue etc like family with bad repo etc. The thing is he got called up for interview and they even assured him that he's a likely candidate but when he got posting only kana posted to ocs army. Now he in ocs army want to sign on with rsaf or navy, they say they don't want him cause full but some of his wing mates who went in ocs army signed on with rsaf and navy even though they are not strong candidate for them. One of them even got kana charge for ND during his time as sispec before going to ocs. So he's wondering could it be due to racial or religious background? He got best recruit in his coy too.
