Does SG Apple Store allows trade-in for iPhone?

Singapore does not have any real Apple retail store. All the retail store in SG are authorized distributors only.

If you ever go into a REAL Apple Store in the US or even in China, their service and product knowledge will PWN any of the local resellers here. 90% of the people working in crap places like Epicentre probably dunno the difference iPad 2 and iPad Air. And they serve ang mos mostly, Asian faces are invisible to the sales people there. I went once, the sales guy dunno the difference and functions usage btwn a Mac Pro and iMac...oh and that is after I asked several times to get to talk to a sales person cos I see a lot of them walking around and pretending I was invisible but immediately flew to ang mohs when they come in.
