does video card improve flash video performance ?

Does video card improve flash video performance ?
I am using AMD ATI 3850.

If not, is adobe FLASH CPU performance dependent ?
other video like H264, mp4 no problems with full screen.

Play flash video fullscreen will lag, if no enable full screen no problem. Not internet problem since i always let the flash finish loading.

Do not intend to upgrade my PC at this time, just willing to spend $150 or so to upgrade my video card.

I suspect it's ur gpu going to spoil soon. Just get a low end card will do loh.

u can check cpu usage?
if no lag before
try uninstaling driver and installing latest one
