Does your bf4 hang ?

So far no hang on a GTX780 but having some mild fuzzy texts on the Option page. Anyone encounter?

Sometimes it crashes, it's because I have Camtasia Studio on when I have the game open....uses too much VRAM even on a GTX 680. Without it, no problems, as well as the GT 650M and the Radeon 5850 after my testings.

Then my rig will suffer if I set everything to High or Ultra.

Then I should set it to Medium instead. I haven't buy the game yet. Maybe wait for a while till the game is stable enough.

Yup, Judging by your Spec Sheet with a GTX 560 Ti Providence, you'll be good with Medium - High at 1680 x 1050.

Guys i found out a few things when the game hangs.

When your game hangs try to go task manager or before that run any monitoring device on your cpu cores.

I did manage to go over and found out of that 4 cores 1 of the core prematurely ended like stopped working. While the other 3 is still running.

Didn't hang but more like freq abort. Example when I parachute from siege of shanghai building, the tv station. The game will abort n windows reported program not responding.

Just use Task manager if you do not know about monitoring programs, at the Performance tab you can see your CPU loading.

Probably you wont need to shut. It will just stop bf4 for you. Cause it cant run any further. Just to check if you all will notice that all the 4 cores, either one of the cores just stop working.

Can buy don't worry. Don't set too high less eye candy. Medium settings should have little issue. Most freeze issue is ppl pushing the gfx. But the game will need to be patched as more reports comes in.
BF3 at launch was much worst. Then some lousy patches then stable. Did they manage to make all platforms to play togther?

It hangs for me too and I posted a query on http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/hardware-clinic-2/memory-leak-4439395.html
about memory leak issue. My ram after game sometimes will stay 98% usage and need several restart to get it back to normal.

As for the in-game hang I also will get it, I tried to OC my cpu just for the sake of trying and I realise the frequency of hanging is almost every single game, so I think its really a CPU issue

Anyone playing bf4 hanged/lagged ? Anyone using the same Graphic card but total no hang/lag issue ?

2 PC system i have also hanged/lagged, mine 2 kids it playing not me.
ivy i5 3470 MSI HD7850 Twin Fozer PSU 520w Seasonic S12 2x4gb 1600 RAM
ivy i5 3570 MSI HD7950 Twin Fozer PSU FSP 750w 2x4gb 1600 RAM

Tried the bf4 setting to Ultra>high>auto all hanged. using Window 7 64bits.

This morning updated the patch 677mb but it still lag and now no choice have to set to Auto.

or should i update the Latest Beta Driver 13.11 from AMD ?
