I'm currently using a Samsung 26" TV as my monitor

Must Get List
CPU
Speakers
Monitor (intend to dual screen)
New Cat 7 Cable
Router

Maybe Get List
Mouse
Keyboard
TV box

can anyone throw in some ideas, my PC usually last me like 5 years and my budget could be like 4K for the must have? It would be much appreciated

You looking at diy pc right, not pre-assembled right...

anw two monitors and speakers for 1.5k budget abit too optimistic...

4k definitely out of your league at this kind of budget hmm

You intend to play what games?

was initially thinking of only spending 1500 on CPU only but realised i better not be that exact with the amount

intending to play like AC, GTA, COD, SW:BF

that heavy?

If single screen 4k, then a single 980 Ti will do. If dual screen 4k (hardly anyone uses dual screen to play games), then need SLI to output to both screens at the same time. Currently single-card solutions (FuryX, 980Ti, TitanX) can only power single screen 4k gaming at 60fps.

How much desk space do you have? Enough to place a subwoofer?

Do you also need a new router as mentioned in your opening post? Homeplugs are viable alternatives also...

So is the 26" TV one of the screens you are going to use? What inputs does it require?
