Dota 2 hang half way

Sometimes it just happen, like walk halfway can just hang there and i have to close off entire dota2 and reopen. sometimes even worse, need to restart entire com cause cant even alt tab out. Used to be fine but nowadays starting to have the same problem 1 out of 3 games. is it gpu problem??

 

[Alternative X]

1) Use HW Monitor to check processor, GPU load temps.
2) Use Memtest86+ to check RAM.
3) Use CrystalDiskMark to check HDD for errors.
4) Take out GPU, try gaming with iGPU and see if problem can be replicated.

seems like game issue, also has this issue a while back but after some update, the issue disappear.
