I ord-ed for about 8 years and recently i realised i have eczema on my chest (red itchy patch)

Current PES status is C9L2 and i am wondering if this condition possible for me to down pes to E?

Pls share the down-pes procedure for NSMEN

It is possible. My platoonmate became pes E due to eczema. You need to consult the MO and ask.
