Most times, it should say Made in Japan either by Bandai, or Amada (for the older series). But there are also fake cards that still says that but most times you can tell by the quality of the card (very thin prism, inconsistent alignment, etc.).

I don't have all the cards scanned but I do have most of the older series scanned so you can check which series the card is from or whether such a card exists: www.dragonballcards.com
