Yup, i am too fool by his 100% feedback. But when the cards received on my end wasn't totally different from what he stated in the Ebay listing. Below is the image of the cards i have receive.

1. Light marking turn out to be dark marker marking..

2. Light marking turn out to be prism have been peel before and have lost it sticky-ness to the back of the card.

3. Condition for the rest of the card was definitely less the 85% in condition.

^thats very bad, give him a negative for sure. Very dishonest. This is why i don't like to buy from ebay especially dragonball cards. Its a place for dishonest people to fool other peoples..

Was disappointed with PayPal decision but everyone just beware of the seller. I know all of your are hoping to complete your collection but do report this type of problem even though chances of getting refund is low.
