Dress shoelaces?

Hi all, anyone know where you can find black cotton waxed dress shoelaces for cheap in Singapore? I've checked out slickieslaces and theshoetreeproject online but they cost like 9SGD per pair which is way too much haha

Searched the forums and found a thread suggesting Queensway Shopping Centre, I've kept that as back up but it's a bit far out for me in the East.
