Hi, I will be self-drive by renting a car from suvarnabhumi airport to pattaya, anyone can enlighten me on how the toll system work, like do i pay when i reach the first toll booth or do i collect the toll ticket and pay when i reach the next toll booth?

There's both. At the start, i believe it's pay at the first booth and in the middle I believe it was take a ticket and pay at the end

Once you reach the gate, take the card first.. then pay when you exit
