Does anyone know what the current regulation for drone flying? And where is your favourite place to play?

I just bought mine few weeks back. Had a fun time using it to take video!!

permits must be obtained for flying a drone within 5km of an airport or air base, and for flying one higher than 61m above mean sea level.

Usually i go Marina South. recently i came across this site promoting game of drones. Look interesting.

Marina South as in Barrage there?

5km from airport>??

How to get those data>? And how to follow?
