Dropping pre-allocated mod help!

Pardon me being a noob but...
Is dropping a pre-allocated module possible?
If it is would the pre-allocated module still be allocated to me during next sem (3rd) if i drop it during this coming sem (2nd)?

Ok.. Im Chem major
I would like to like postpon my CM1121 Organic Chemistry 1. Cuz apparently upcoming prof isnt that good. Im someone who needs a good prof to excel. not an independent learner. I understand that this mod is under my core requirements and would like to postpon it. Possible? Enlighten me pls

but take note of higher lvl mods that needs that as pre-req... make sure u dun delay and jam ur pre-req chain

yup. you have to plan it wisely, usually pre-allocated mods are planned rather consistently over the entire course. my friend didn't plan it well and she has to appeal to the office to prevent from studying an additional semester. haha
