I do. I keep all my stuff in a 160L dry cabinet.

I have a free i-cabi HD-20. I have not put my camera in the cabinet. I want to understand how the dry cabinet work. I did not find anything that can adjust the humidity . I switch it on since yesterday and found that now is 30. After I open the door and close it become 50. Is it open and close the door humidity reading will change? Is the reading accurate? How to keep it mainten at normal range. Thanks.

Check the manual.

Opening and closing the door naturally creates airflow in and out of the cabinet, and that of course increases/decreases the humidity level. The dehumidifier will automatically kick in to stabilize the humidity that's preset. Even not opening the door, the cabinet is not airtight, the dehumidifier will kick in when it detects the level is not in the set range.

There should be a button that says L M and H. Play with it until you get a reading between 45-55% for humidity before putting in your equipment.

Want less hassle, consider a Digi-Cabi DHC series, settings and buttons are all external and automated once. Switching off and on doesn't clear the settings.

This was fresh out from my delivery box last year, thus the dehumidifier is working to bring it down to 50% (my preset) from 71% (ambient).

How much is the digicabi you bought? I can't find any manual or any instruction outside the box. Yes, there is a button for H, L And M .

Price depends on the cabinet size you require. Mine is 160L, over $500.
