Dual channel cause random shutdown?

Ryzen R5 3600
Gigabyte B450 DS3H
Palit GTX1060 3GB
Corsair Vengance LPX 2933mhz 2x8GB
Coolermaster MWE Gold 550W
Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 250GB
Toshiba P300 1TB HDD

Recently kept getting random shutdown. It will only happen after loading into window screen.
You can check my previous post on what i did.
Eventually i narrowed down that it might be a dual channel ram issue.

I tried slot1,3 and slot2,4 but will always encounter random shutdown.
Checked voltage 1.2~1.23V @ 2666mhz, default setting

I tested using 1 stick for 2 to 3 days each on slot 1, 2, 3, 4 progressively. No random shutdown happen.
Did the same thing with another stick and no random shutdown happen.

UPDATE: 17/11/2021
Encountered random shutdown with 1 stick of ram after some days of uneventful testing. Tried swapping to different ram slot, same random shutdown occurs. The random shutdown occur less frequently as compared to using 2 stick. Swap to another stick of ram and same random shutdown occur. Really scratching my head on which component is causing this to happen.

3) mobo dual channel ram function spoil <---usually is this
this is very common.

Like what entry lvl pc said. Usually is ram or ram slot issue. If u sb suay, is cpu issue. Cos ram controller is on the cpu..

yup very f up one.
you dual channel song song few years then suddenly cannot dual channel anymore can only single channel.
this is very common problem.

What could have gone wrong with dual channel ram?

may i know if you also try slot:

1) A1 & A2

2) B1 & B2

does it mean for now you only using 8GB as system memory?

what would be your next RAM kit of choice?

I think is ur xmp cause it , try off it see how . I also always tio random crash after off xmp no more crash already

All troubleshooting are done with XMP off.

XMP off all along even before the random shutdown starts to happen.

else you need to learn to live with 1x 8GB liao

Bring the PC to Nigel @ PC Care & Solution #02-32 . He see the specs he don't even need to troubleshoot he can tell you the faulty part.
