[Dualboot] Change default Win bootloader to GRUB

Hi all,
I am currently facing a problem with dualboot OS on my laptop.
Currently the 500GB harddisk is installed with Win 7 Pro and RedHat Enterprise Linux 5.8. (no partitioning)
The MBR default is Windows bootloader.
However, I want to make GRUB as default bootloader instead.

Have been googling about, but results are all reverse of my objective (ie. replace GRUB with Windows bootloader). Any experts could guide me, or point me to some docs to read up.
