Duck blood

I have only heard of pig's blood.

Are there really duck's blood?

very common in Taiwan.. eat hotpot sure can get.

How does it taste like? I know Shopee got sell duck blood noodle also!

But it comes as a (or 2) small pieces. I guess its have better than don't have. not cheap though.

Every time watch those Taiwan food show they talk about duck's blood or pig's blood. Dark colour and coagulated into cubes like that. Singapore don't have right? Never see before.

Wouldn't be surprised if they don't allow it. Sometimes I think they are a little too paranoid. Not as though we will become flesh eating zombies after eating animal blood.

Pig blood lai De. Last time market put on the stall surface cut and sell to u like tofu. Used to have but ban in late 90s already. My mum use the blood to do congee for me. I dislike the smell very strong and sinky.
