Duel masters and Vanguard

anyone knows where i can offload my cards have tone of those shiny foil cards. Most in good condition as is in those plastic card holders

Have this same problem too, have few decks of Cardfight Vanguard!! but all cards all from 1st gen.

does anyone have any good ideas how to offload these? most foiled cards are all still in good condition and sleeved.
